We are Deep Root Interactive LLC. In this document, we will refer to ourselves as “Deep Root Interactive,” “we,” or “us.” We will refer to you and any other users as “you.”

In this Privacy Policy, we will cover our video game software titles, which we’ll refer to together as the “Service.”

Otherwise, we don’t collect any personal data directly from you. However, the third-party platforms the Service may be hosted on may share certain personal and non-personal data with us. The personal data may include your email address or username. Our legal basis for receiving such data is to fulfill a contract with our users under GDPR Art. 6 (1) (b). The non-personal data includes access times and activity on the Service, including gameplay-related data. This data is not personal data, as it cannot be used to identify you. We use this data to analyze user activity and to improve the Service.

These third-party platforms also send us any communications from users that are sent when a user requests a refund. Our legal basis for receiving such data is to fulfill a contract with our users under GDPR Art. 6 (1) (b).
